1、读书非常重要

一个善于读书的人，能够完成自我对学习的需要。当然，不读书也没什么坏 处，只是太过沉溺于现实世界，容易让人狗苟蝇营。比如你可以通过读一本传记，窥见别人的人生。你可以读一本心理学的书，洞悉自我的处境。你可以读一本历史 的书，看刀光剑影，明白再辉煌的生命也会尘埃落定。读书，让你在历史、未来、现实、虚空中来回穿梭，然后发现自己生活的更多可能。

所以读书对于一个人来说，永远都是进行时，而不是完成时。

通过读书来提升自己，提升了自己才会遇到更好的人，交往的层面是由自身 的素质决定的。你从来不读书，自然结交的大部分是肤浅和物质的人，聊的无非也是鸡毛蒜皮普拉达艾乐喂。哪怕遇到更好的人，也会被你吓跑，话不投机半句多， 相逢一笑Say Goodbye。你是怎样的人，决定了你会有怎样的朋友，也决定了你会有怎样的爱人。

2、学会与孤独相处

一个不能享受孤独的人，其实是很寂寞的。很多人天天参加各种聚会活动沙 龙，他无法让自己安静下来，因为他害怕孤独，害怕跟自己相处。因为只要跟自己相处，就需要跟自己的内心对话。所以他需要热闹的环境，在其中寻找自己的存在 感，所以他其实很寂寞。一个无法跟自己独处的人，一般不会有什么大智慧。

孤独，其实是一种极高的人生姿态。因为你懂得如何照顾自己的内心需要。

总有一天你会明白，不管你多么努力，其实并没有多少人在意。更多的人只愿意看到结果，你的过程如何艰辛，跟他们没什么关系。我曾经辗转几个航班，行李丢失在机场，耗到下半夜再坐大巴去石家庄，不眠不休，早晨八点到九点开始上课，只为对客户的承诺，我觉得自己很伟大。

客户悠悠地说：你这么憔悴真不应该。

所以说，你翻山越岭，无人体会你的辛苦。你振臂高呼，也少有人分享你的喜悦。

说到底，人生就是自我对孤独的一场救赎，你越早学会越好。

3、找到自己真正喜欢做的事情

匆匆短暂的一生，如果没有做自己喜欢的事情，岂不是白白忙活了这一遭？做喜欢的事情才能真正激发自己的潜力，也才能完成生命的使命。有人说我想开个花店，那你怎么不去开呢？又说条件不成熟。那你怎么不去创造条件呢？

写不出好文章，我曾经以为自己电脑不够精美。每天不去跑步，我曾经以为是没有买到喜欢的运动鞋。懒得去旅行，我曾经以为是还没有买到心仪的相机和镜头。给自己找了很多理由，来当作不去开始某件事的借口。其实就是缺个一咬牙一跺脚的开始。

很多事情，只要开始迈出第一步，就根本停不下来。

4、结交几个真正的朋友

不要去讨好所有人，讨好得来的人际关系是不稳定的。只有做好自己，才能 吸引真正的朋友，而这种关系才能真正持久。对谁都好的人，注定没什么真朋友，谁都不得罪，也就没原则。同样道理，对谁都爱的人，也就没有真爱。真爱一个人 就是，我对世界上的人充满爱，但给你的与众不同。所以遇到说爱你的人，不必激动万分，没准他对谁都是如此暧昧。爱上一个人，就是会不同，就是会把世界分成 别人和你。

不要把所有人都当作朋友，很多关系不必靠得太近。每天接触那么多人，不 是每个人都要成为朋友的，很多人就是蜻蜓点水，你好我叫某某某很高兴认识你再见。君子之交淡如水，不必交换隐私也不必加微信。大部分的恩怨爱恨都是因为离 得太近，近之则不逊，原本客客气气的关系，开始变得阴阳怪气，彼此都不舒服。有距离，才会有尊重。

 

谁是自己的知心朋友呢？价值观一致，有一些相同的爱好，在一起有话说，最好有趣一些。

交朋友，有趣是很重要的衡量标准。有趣可以体现在某个领域的专业，可以 体现在美食上的精通，可以体现在不羁世俗的某种勇气，也可以体现在聊天时的奇思妙想。因为有趣，所以让人放松；因为有趣，而不必苦大仇深让人唯恐避之不 及。有趣，或许可以归纳为一点，因为找得到自己，所以不给别人带去压力。

5、成熟地处理感情上的事情

随着年龄的增长，你必须明白一个道理，就是你谁都占有不了。你喜欢一个人，喜欢到发狂，你也占有不了她。每个人都属于自己，你能做的只有陪伴。任何试图宣布占有对方，最终都会被挫败，沦为感情的囚犯。

相爱之后，谁都无法保证不会再遇到更心动的人。更有钱，更好看，更温柔，更符合期待，更懂你，你是缴械投降，还是坚贞不屈？所以，爱情绝不仅是冲动与激情，而是一份承诺。爱上你，所以对你有承诺。因为这份承诺，再心动也会把心中的荡漾控制得波澜不兴。

我觉得，这才是成熟的人格。见一个心动的就爱一个，这种人就是滥情了。而滥情的结果，最终就是陷入虚无主义。因为对谁都爱，便无法获得专注的回报，没有这种回报，就谈不到幸福感。

6、接受离开自己的人或物

人岁数大了，也逐渐要有心理准备接受一些现实，比如父母会衰老离去。在 这之前扪心自问，是否有回报养育之恩，不管在外如何春风得意，只要父母健在，回到他们身边就觉得自己还是个孩子。如果有一天推开父母的门，已经没有熟悉的 脸对你微笑，也就意味着这个世界上，再也没有人用生命对你无私地爱了。

除了父母，朋友也可能会离开你。在人生前进的这条路上，会不断有老朋友 离开你，他们或许跟不上你的步伐，也可能选择了其他的路，不要悲伤，他们一定自有好的归宿。当然，这一路上也会有新朋友靠近你的身旁，他们被你坚定的步伐 和独特的气质所吸引。人生不同的阶段有不同的朋友相伴，珍惜这段同行的时光，能不能一起走到最后，何必强求。

朋友会离开，爱人同样也可能会。我爱的人如要离开我，我定是只会说两个 字：好的。绝口不问为什么？你怎么可以这样对我？到底我哪里做得不对让你如此？既然你决定要离开，必定有你准备好的理由，我不想听你谋划许久冠冕堂皇的借 口。凡是离开的，必然本就不属于我，祝你好运，从此云淡风轻，过往一笔勾销。人生短暂，我不活在记忆中。

最后，我总结一下我现在的生活态度，就是：尽己力，听天命。无愧于心，不惑于情。顺势而为，随遇而安。知错即改，迷途知返。在喜欢自己的人身上用心，在不喜欢自己的人身上健忘。

最令我震撼的两个故事

西方人称这种行为是：“Preset behavior”。也就是中文翻译成“前慑行为”。它的含义就是：当不好的事发生时，要去控制局面，而不是被局面控制。

想一想，我们遇到不好的事时，能够做到吗？我们的第一反应是不能让局面更坏，还是忙着迁怒找替罪羊呢？

面对一件不幸的事，你可以暴怒，可以迁怒，可以怨天尤人，可以伤心欲绝，可是却解决不了任何问题，甚至令事情更加糟糕。

如果，你能够放下怨恨与悲伤，换一种心态，勇敢面对，积极解决，也许事情就会朝着好的那面去发展了。

苏东坡与佛印的故事——八风吹不动，一屁过江来

苏东坡在黄州时，有一天，诗兴来了，做了一首赞佛的诗：
稽首天中天，毫光照大千；八风吹不动，端坐紫金莲。
这是一首意境很高的诗，不是对佛法有相当的造诣，绝对写不出这样的好诗。苏东坡写好了这首诗，自己反覆吟哦，觉得非常满意！这时，他想起了好朋友佛印禅师 来，他想禅师如果看到这首诗，一定会大大的赞赏一番，甚至会拍案叫绝。于是，他立刻把那首诗抄在诗笺上，用信封封好，叫佣人送去长江南岸的归宗寺，给佛印 禅师看。
黄州在长江北岸，要到对岸的归宗寺，必须渡江。现在，我们趁苏东坡的佣人搭船过江的时候，来研究一下这首诗的内容：
“稽首”，是顶礼膜拜的意思；“天中天”，是说，天是人所尊敬的，而佛陀更为天所尊敬，所以佛陀被称为“天中之天”。

“毫光照大千”，是说佛陀的慈悲道德的光芒，遍照于三千大千世界。一个太阳系里面，有很多星球，组成一个小世界；一千个小世界，合成一个小千世界；一千个小千世界，合成一个中千世界；一千个中千世界，合成一个大千世界。 

“八风吹不动”，这是一句精警动人的诗句，也是全诗的中心，最为要紧。“八风”，是称、讥、毁、誉、利、衰、苦、乐；《大智度论》说：“利、衰、毁、誉、 称、讥、苦、乐；四顺四违，能鼓动物情。”这八种是人生成败得失的总和。称颂赞美，名誉利禄，跟各种快乐的享受，是谁都会陶醉的；普通一般人，每逢这些好 境乐事，都会感到瓢瓢然！而遇讥嘲诋毁，则怒形于色；逢逆缘苦境，则忧戚于心，也是人之常情。然而有一个人，居然“八风”都吹不动他，这人是谁？就是佛 陀。 

“端坐紫金莲”，这是说佛陀诸惑已尽，众德圆备，故能不被外境所摇动，庄严而安稳地坐在莲花台上。 

这首诗是在赞佛，同时却又暗含着作者有其超然的境界：他能跟佛陀一样，已达到了心能转物而不为物转的地步。——苏东坡的确是一个绝顶聪明的人。 

这时，佣人上岸了，他赶上庐山归宗寺去。 

佛印禅师读到苏东坡的诗时，并不如苏东坡所预料的赞赏一番，或拍案叫绝，反而感到这很需要给他一个当头棒喝；于是，他在那首诗的下端，批上“放屁”两个大字，交给佣人带回黄州。 

在黄州的苏东坡，自从佣人去后，便沾沾自喜地在等待着，他满以为佛印禅师看到那首诗时，一定会大大地赞赏，所以他一心一意在等着佳讯传来，好容易等到佣人 回来了，他迫不及待地问：“师父看了怎么说？”佣人说：“他没说什么？只在你的诗笺上写一些字，叫我拿回，我不懂写些什么。”佣人说着，便把那封诗信交给 苏东坡；苏东坡打开信封，抽出诗笺，看到那首诗的下端，批着“放屁”两个大字时，不禁无明火升起三千丈，勃然大怒起来！连喊“岂有此理？”他再仔细地推敲 自己的诗，尽找也找不出那首诗的毛病；他自言自语地责怪佛印禅师道：“我这首好诗，你不懂得欣赏也罢，竟把它当做放屁，你真是太糊涂了！”于是，他决定亲 自去跟佛印禅师评理，马上雇船过江，上庐山归宗寺去。 

苏东坡的船向南进，他坐在船上，虽然这时江上的清风习习地吹来，可是他这时的心，好像热锅上的蚂蚁，再也没有上次游赤壁时的心情，吟出“清风徐来，水波不兴”的名句了。 

苏东坡赶上庐山归宗寺，气呼呼地要找佛印禅师算帐，那知禅师早已吩咐客堂的知客师说：“今天不见客。”苏东坡听了，火上加油，再也忍受不住了！他不管三七 二十一，，三步做两步地一直奔到佛印禅师的方丈室来，他看方丈室的门掩着，正要举手敲门进去时，忽然发现门扉上贴着一张字条，端正地写着： 

八风吹不动， 

一屁过江来。 

苏东坡看到这两句，立刻就警觉了，心里暗暗叫道：“我错了！”

妥协

很少人勇于放下经营很多年的东西，譬如：工作，感情等。
因为经过那么多年的努力，不是可以轻易说放弃就能放弃。
为什么不能对自己有信心一点呢？下一个会更好呢？还是习惯了失败，害怕会更糟糕？冒险精神由年轻的时候慢慢削弱到学会只有妥协。自己告诉自己也没那么好，这已经是最好的安排了，所以紧紧抓着不放。虽然还会让自己受伤，却告诉自己人生很难有完美，再次告诉自己要妥协。
妥协后，他们美其名说你成熟了。失去自我的成熟，你是否能承受？可以的，忘了你已是妥协者的表表者。

不断重复的告诉自己：[不要再辩解，好好面对自己吧]

15. 当我无法拥有财富时

当我无法拥有财富，一直赚不到钱时，先自我回溯检视自己是否有重大失落事件，过去曾经有过的失落会让自己害怕拥有，必须先扶平。面对过去曾经失落的事件，使内心不再害怕罣礙，面对失落， 重拾失落的自己，这时看看你所处的四周环境：

为何心痛？为何烦恼？为何害怕？为何担心？为何懊丧？为何动怒？为何固执？为何计较？为何爱恋？为何伤悲？

时常观照这十个升起的念头或感觉，仔细看着它面对这十个想法，不断的问自己[为何回升起这些想法？

要求自己去观照这十个为何？背后的缘由及深层的声音，当你了解到背后的缘由，听到真正的声音时，你将洞察到这一切的想法与念头，洞见它们，接受并放下，那些负面的阴影自然会消失。
